Fees

This training programme is funded by local District and Borough Councils who have committed to making a contribution towards the cost of funding the 2011/2012 training programme.

Training places are free at the point of delivery to staff working for local District and Borough Councils who have committed to making a contribution towards the cost of funding the 2011/12 training programme.

Devon Citizens Advice Bureaux may contact us to negotiate a fixed annual subscription fee as an alternative to paying a fee for each individual booking on scheduled courses.

After each course attended, Citizens Advice will send you an invoice that will explain how to pay.

Cancellation of Places on Scheduled Courses

Please note that failure to take up a booked place on a scheduled training programme event without prior notification, will incur a fee of £20 per person in addition to the course fee.

For cancellation of places booked on scheduled training programme events within 10 working days of the course, a fee of £15 per person will be charged, if your place is free, unless a colleague can take up the the booked place.

If you are being charged for the course and you cancel within 10 working days of the date of the course you will be charged 50% of the cost of the course, unless a colleague can take up the booked place.

Cancellation of "in-house" courses

For cancellation of commissioned "in-house" training events, made less than 10 working days before the course, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If training materials have already been produced, a further 25% fee may be charged.
