Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance & Carers Allowance (Learning Dis) - Level 2
This course is designed to acquaint advisers with the rules of entitlement to Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance and to enable them to assist with the completion of claims.
It will enable advisers to explain the basic conditions of entitlement and to identify information relevant to making a successful claim. In addition the course will equip advisers with knowledge of the effect of Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance on awards of other benefits.
The emphasis, examples and case studies concentrate on people with learning disabilities.
