DWP Decisions: What You Can Do If You Think A Decision is Wrong (NEW COURSE) - Level 2

This course is aimed at support workers and those who work with benefit claimants but do not specialize in welfare rights. The course will equip participants with the skills, knowledge and confidence to:

  • identify potential errors in DWP decisions
  • explain the different options available if a DWP decision is wrong or someone is not happy with the decision
  • recognize the time limits that may apply
  • be able to seek, or refer claimants for, further help
