Claims, backdating and overpayments - Level 3
This course will equip advisers with the knowledge to advise people on issues surrounding the claims and overpayments of benefits and tax credits. It will cover rules for:
- The validity and date of claims, including where claims can be backdated
- The recoverability of overpayments
- The recovery of overpayments
