Case Based Practice Day (NEW – ACTION BASED LEARNING) - Level 3
This course uses an 'action learning set' approach to casework and is aimed at those who have limited experience of social security casework. Participants are invited to bring with them current, past or potential casework examples and the session will involve input from other members of the group with guidance from an experienced welfare rights officer, using the full range of resources available e.g. law, caselaw, guidance and experience. The session will provide a mixture of discussion, research and practical application.
