This course will equip advisers with the knowledge and skills to challenge decisions in respect of claims for benefits and tax credits. It will cover:
- The rules relevant to the decision making system
- Finding legislation relevant to specific decisions
- understanding the case law system
- preparing a notice of appeal/submission to a decision maker or appeal tribunal
