This course covers social security benefit and tax credit rules for people coming from abroad. It will equip advisers with the knowledge to advise clients on:
- How immigration status affects benefit entitlement
- The public funds test
- The habitual residence test
- The right to reside
- The rights of European nationals
- The provision for asylum seekers.
