Levels of Courses
Courses are allocated a level corresponding to the level at which advisers are expected to work:
Level 1 - Signposter - someone whose job requires basic awareness of relevant benefits and their principal conditions
Level 2 - Helper - someone whose job involves helping people to effectively submit applications for benefits
Level 3 - Specialist - someone whose job involves providing advice and assistance with revising or appealing decisions
