Routes to learning
It is a requirement that ALL PARTICIPANTS have either attended a Level 1 Benefits Signposting course or have prior competence at that level before attending any course of a higher level.
This is because competence at Level 1 is necessary to enable participants to participate fully in Level 2 and 3 courses.
